Balos (meaning “on the sea” in ancient
Greek) is a small sea side village,
well known from it’s glorious past,
for exporting local produce.
Today,
a tiny village with friendly retired
seafarers, a few holiday apartments
and alfresco restaurants is an ideal
location for summer holidays.

apartments are on the seafront as
you enter the village. They offer
plenty of space, sea views and modern
standards of comfort.
Daily
fresh seafoods are brought in straight
from the fishing boats and fresh bread
is delivered from the local traditional
baker.
The studios “ Enalion” is only a few meters from the sea. They boast views overlooking the vastness of the blue Agean, plus view of the tallest mountain in Samos, Kerkis, on the other side.
The rooms include a balkony, a kitchen with all the necessaries and air - conditioning. The space is solid, comfortable and very well kept.
The studios can accommodate 2-3 peοple and promise you an unforgatable and wonderful experience.
The
family owned apartments also operate
the al fresco restaurant “Akrogiali”,
serving fresh seafoods and their own
grown vegetables prepared in the traditional
Samian recipes escorted by the famous
Samos wines and Ouzo aperitif, with
plenty of Greek music and entertainment
next to the sea break.
